With the amazing experiences you help create for our Members and Guests, we have been recognized as a Distinguished Club by Board Room Magazine since 2020. This designation is given to Clubs that show excellence in five measurable areas: Intangible Quality, Service Quality, Governance Quality, Facility Quality, and Product Quality. We are reviewed annually to verify our level of excellence.

Through the Distinguished Club organization, we have started a Member survey program at Corral. 10 Members are sent a survey daily. They can give us 1-10 ratings in categories and provide comments on their experiences.

THAT MEANS WE NEED TO BE AWESOME, EVERY DAY!!

An industry measure that gauges the success of a Club is a Net Promoter Score. Below is information about our Net Promoter Score.

The first employee from each department (Golf, Golf Course Maintenance, Kitchen, FOH, Pool/ Fitness) that comes up to me and can explain the following will get a crisp $20 bill.

• What is our current Net Promoter Score
• How is the Net Promoter Score Calculated
• Is our score good or bad

Summer is here! We are in for some warm weather over the next few days so stay hydrated!!
